What we collect
Your phone number, and whatever you text us — fit photos, links, and search descriptions — so we can find matching items and reply. If you give us your name and email during onboarding, we store those too. We don't collect anything beyond what you send us directly.
How we use it
To match your photos and searches against our catalog, remember your last result so follow-up questions like “what's the jacket?” work, and (if you gave us an email) send you occasional product drops or updates. We don't use your data to train third-party models beyond the matching pipeline described above.
Who we share it with
We use a handful of service providers to run Findrobe: Sendblue (message delivery), Modal (hosting and image processing), Pinecone (garment matching), Supabase (database), and SerpApi (live product search). Each only receives what it needs to do its job — we don't sell your data to anyone, ever.
How long we keep it
We keep conversation and look history so the service keeps working for you (follow-ups, “redo,” etc.). Email us and we'll remove your number, name, email, and look history.
Your choices
Stop texting Findrobe any time and we stop hearing from you. To review, correct, or delete what we have on file, email us at the address below.
